We keep many fine antiques at the lodge
Since we also own the local Antique Store in town, we like to keep some of the finer pieces at the Lodge for our guests to enjoy!
The antique walnut table in the formal dining room is from 1880 and can seat up to 18 people. The table has 10 leaves, making it 14’ in length! The buffet room features a solid oak table that was a Belgium Conference Table, built in ca 1890. This table is one piece and measures nearly 10’ in length.
A number of wonderful antique clocks are placed throughout the Lodge. There are 
also two Swiss Music Boxes including a rare Polyphone, as wellas three unusual turn-of-the-century hand crank phonographs. The paintings and lithographs are all originals – some by local artists – the Late David Sterling and the Late Lyman Byxbe. There are several 18th and 19th century chairs and small tables around the house.
Although not antique, the lower level game room features two pinball machines from Michael Jackson’s Neverland Estate.
The four antique china cabinets feature a nice variety of vintage and antique smalls. There is a fun old school map showing Long’s Peak east of Greeley, Colorado!!
The Main Floor Master Bedroom has a marble top Victorian Suite, including a porcelain Bath Set.
Upstairs on the balcony sets a desk from 1790 belonging to Charles Elliot Norton where it is believed he worked to translate “Dante” in the 1860’s.
You will find two beautiful buffets in the Breakfast Room and the Buffet room.
The upper sunroom has a Wurlitzer Juke Box and a Mills Slot Machine – the lower sun room has an antique oak table with claw legs and matching chairs.
The wood work throughout the house has been wonderfully crafted – including the antique quarter-sawn oak pocket doors with antique hardware.
The two Pier Mirrors measure approximately 9 feet tall and are in the Great Room and the Breakfast Room. The Great Room also features a Baby Grand Piano from ca 1920. Sit down and play awhile!!
Our antique store downtown features antique and vintage jewelry set in chronological order from ancient Greek and Roman days to current. We also feature coins and currency and antique smalls.
